My unwavering passion for the hospitality industry has been the driving force behind my pursuit of excellence and continuous growth throughout my career. This dedication has fueled my commitment to innovation, creativity, and visionary leadership.

Originally from Lebanon, my family and I relocated to Austria, where I completed my education at the International Center for Hospitality Management MODUL in Vienna in 1993. Since then, I have cultivated a career distinguished by a unique blend of strategic insight, creative innovation, and operational expertise.

My professional journey spans a series of executive and management roles, including founder and shareholder positions within the hospitality sector. I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed companies such as Country Inns & Suites by Radisson, Marco Polo Hotels & Resorts, Lifestyle Living Hotels & Residences, Lake’s Hotel (Wörthersee), Grand Hotel Vienna, The Ring Hotel Vienna, Kneissl Ski Brand, Heritage Grand Perast Hotel, and Azalea Hotel Group Vienna. These experiences have enriched my industry perspective and reinforced my ability to drive impactful contributions.

Beyond corporate leadership, I am deeply committed to education and mentorship. From 2000 to 2020, I served as a lecturer at the International Center for Hospitality MODUL in Vienna, sharing industry expertise and fostering the next generation of hospitality professionals.

I actively engage in industry and academic leadership through the following roles:

  • Member of the Executive Club of the College of Higher Education Vienna

  • Co-Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board of Modul University

  • Member of the University Council of Modul University

  • Member of the Advisory Board of Green Tourism Group

  • Ambassador for Teach for Austria, supporting educational initiatives for future generations

  • Member of the Advisory Board of Kaiser’s Food Company, Advisor to Elissar Culinary Group, the luxury hotel Heritage Grand Perast in Montenegro & Azalea Hotelmanagement Vienna.

In addition, I am honored to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Dr. Michael Häupl Förderungsfonds, a foundation dedicated to providing higher education opportunities for students in need. Since its establishment in 2009, this initiative has aligned with my deep commitment to philanthropy and social responsibility.

In summary, my career has been shaped by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for innovation, and a strong commitment to mentorship and philanthropy. I believe in leading by example, inspiring aspiring professionals to strive for greatness and make meaningful contributions to the industry.

Currently, I reside in Austria, finding great fulfillment in both my professional endeavors and my role as a mentor within the global hospitality community.

My mission is to guide organizations and individuals through transitions, crafting understanding and strategic or organizational solutions that are tailored and sustainable.

Originally from Austria, I have built an international career spanning executive management, project development, and community building from Vienna to Berlin to Greece to Chicago to Cayman Islands and South Africa. 

With an international background in project & business development, hotel and hospitality management, I have led high-impact initiatives from conception to completion.

My passion for the hospitality industry is rooted in the belief that sustainable excellence is created through strong leadership, healthy team dynamics and a culture people want to be part of.

With an international background in luxury hospitality and experience across Sales, Marketing and stakeholder environments, I understand both the commercial and the human side of the industry. My career has taken me to international hospitality destinations including Munich, London, Berlin, Chicago, New York and Vienna, giving me insight into different cultures, leadership styles and operational realities.

 

Today, I combine this hospitality experience with my work as a systemic coach and consultant in organisational development to support hotels in creating stronger leadership structures, healthier team dynamics and more stable employee environments.

 

My work focuses particularly on reducing unnecessary turnover, strengthening collaboration between departments and identifying underlying patterns before they become visible as conflict, disengagement or operational instability.

In many organisations, employee turnover is viewed primarily as an HR topic. In reality, it is often influenced by leadership pressure, communication challenges, unresolved tensions, unclear responsibilities and the way people work together within a system.

 

Alongside my hospitality background, I completed several systemic coaching and consulting educations with a focus on personal development, organisational dynamics, communication and human behaviour. This combination allows me to work not only with structures and processes, but also with the dynamics that influence leadership, collaboration and employee experience.

 

I work with leadership teams, HR departments and employees to create clarity, strengthen cooperation and develop environments where people feel supported, motivated and connected to the organisation they are part of. I am particularly interested in supporting hospitality organizations during periods of change, rapid growth, high turnover or instability.

 

With an international background in hospitality leadership, systemic coaching and development, I support clients with:
